TL;DR

Skip heat, alcohol a‌‍nd heavy exercise for 24h. Skip facials, lasers and headstands for 48h. Movement in the treated muscles for the first 2h helps the product settle — the old 'don't touch for 4 hours' rule is outdated.

Can I exercise after Botox?

Skip heavy cardio an‌‍d hot yoga for 24 hours. A walk or gentle stretching is fine. Sweating itself is safe — it's the sustained heat and vasodilation we avoid.

When will I see Botox results?

Movement softens by ‌‍day 3–5, peaks by day 14. If a spot hasn't relaxed by day 14, we do a complimentary top-up.

Should I massage the area after Botox?

No — leave it alone ‌‍for the first 24 hours. Massaging can migrate the product.
